Project Retrospective
Project retrospectives are held each Friday.
Project lead reviews what was achieved in the iteration (with project board(s) present)
Each team member answers the following questions and discusses with the team:
What went well?
What did not go well?
What can be done better?
Each team member is encourage to share a highlight or something they have learned.
